Regular Vendor Booking Fee: $300

Food Vendors Are Sold Out but you can still sell packaged sauces, marinades, treats, sauces, and such. If you are unsure, then plese inquire for clarification and ensure to list the items in the appropriate section below. 

Your Package Includes: 

Before the Event: Online marketing tools tailored to the event with your business logo and information to help promote to your social network + Discount Pricing and Early Access to promotional items in the EPG Creative Marketplace Vendor Catalogue + priority sequencing for all information, products and services needed for your businesss for the event.

At The Event: (1) Vendor Table, (1 or 2) Chair to sell/display your products and/or marketing materials. For additional tables or chairs please contact DCF organizers directly. Note: Pickering Casino Resort will not allow vendors to bring in their own tables or chairs.

After The Event: Business often receive additional exposure and organic promotion for their business/brand during the post event campaign by way of social media sharing of pictures, videos and other post event campaign ads, gaining extra exposure and steering more clients to your business/brand.

There is an additional opportunity to promote your brand on our Youtube/Instagram platform on a scheduled date. (Details provided to confirmed vendors) 

(Payments can be made via email transfer to EmProGraffix@Gmail.comor by Credit Card/Paypal using the link to be provided on form submission. Your spot will only be reserved once full payment is received. Once your payment is processed, there will be no refunds. If the event has to be rescheduled, or cancelled, due to issues beyond the organizers control, prompt updates will be provided with the appropriate options)
