Vendor Booking Fee: $150
Vendor space is open to authors of all ages, writers, publishers, educators and such related fields as well as any youth educational businesses. Please inquire if you need any clarification or confirmation.
Once your payment is processed, there will be no refunds. If the event has to be rescheduled or cancelled due to issues beyond the organizers/control, then an alternative date or location will be confirmed and your reservation will carry over to that event.
If a vendor chooses not to attend for any reason of their own, there will be no refunds issued, but your reservation can carry over to a future event ($50 rebooking fee & certain conditions apply when signing up for future events).
Your Package Includes:
Before the Event: Online marketing tools tailored to the event with your business logo and information to help promote to your social network + Discount Pricing and Early Access to promotional items in the EPG Creative Marketplace Vendor Catalogue + priority sequencing for all information, products and services needed for your business for the event.
At The Event: (1) Vendor Table, 1 Black Table Cloth + 1 Chair(s) to sell/display your products and/or marketing materials + Bottle Water + Live Business Description and Booth Shout Out.
After The Event: Each Vendor will also receive additional promotion for their business in the days following the the event in order to help you gain exposure and more clients to your business/brand by way of social media posts and videos. There is an additional opportunity to promote your brand on our YouTube/Instagram platform on a scheduled date. (Details provided to confirmed vendors)
